All private mortgage loans generally target 8 - 10 % APR. Investors are paid on or before the 10th of each month via direct deposit into their account.
All of our loand cap at 65% LTV ensuring a strong equity cushion in most cases our loans are crossed colateralized by additional collateral properties.
Absolutely. We partner with leading SDIRA custodians—simply pick your loan, then instruct your IRA provider to wire funds. We handle the rest.

All loans carry strict underwriting standards and collateral covenants. In the rare event of default, we initiate foreclosure proceedings on all collateralized property. Once the asset has been recovered we then manage any rehab or resale through our asset management partner to protect your investment.
